Double Tree Hotel by Hilton is a four stars hotel consists of 12 floors and it is located in Jizan city, at the main corniche road with an attractive sea view, which is a very strategic place for tourism. Our scope in this project is to structural, fit out, all the finishing and MEP works throughout 210 rooms including luxury royal suites along with all other facilities as ballrooms, swimming pool, luxury restaurants, and VIP lounges, etc...

Al-Madinah Al-Monawarah, KSA, just moments away from the Holy Mosque. Situated on the second line of hotels facing the mosque, our hotel offers comfort and convenience for pilgrims. It is boasts modern amenities and facilities, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Proudly part of the Al Madinah Region Development Authority.In close cooperation with our sister company Golden Advanced our scope of work are structural, fit out, all the finishing and MEP work throughout 240 rooms spread across 21 floors and a built-up area of 25,000m2.
